I am driven by a clear purpose to support people in Myanmar, where I come from, within the capacity and resources we have as a volunteer organisation. For me, it is essential that our work is responsible, relevant and creates real, long-term value.
I take a strategic approach and focus on making deliberate choices about what we engage in and what we choose not to pursue. I believe meaningful impact requires focus, clear priorities and initiatives that are firmly grounded in our purpose and capacity.
